Teaching Organisational Behaviour, usually there is no shortage of textbooks and additional material in order to make students familiar with the established knowledge on aspects such as work attitude, personality, motivation or leadership. However, deciding to introduce students to a more critical perspective on these and other topics, one may run into difficulties to find suitable resources. At least this is what I experienced when I decided to confront my students with a critical introduction to Organisational Behaviour. Clearly, over the years some good textbooks have been published but somehow I feel that there is much more material available. Therefore I established this blog to collect and disseminate various sources for those who teach Organisational Behaviour from a critical viewpoint. Please feel free to use the material for your lectures and tutorials. In case you have any more stuff that should become included, I would be delighted to hear/read from you. Ingo
